It has just gone through the major marketing processing to reach that national retailer. Hot Springs Beef is Arkansas raised and processed cattle - we've even asked the USDA to inspect our product so that it meets the highest demands you have come to expect from the American beef industry.

Don't worry! Call email, text, carrier pigeon, take a truck, use a Chevy - whatever it takes, let us know. We maintain a list of who needs and wants what. When the list is full we reach out to establish delivery details.

We let you decide - isn't that easy? If you are in Hot Springs, Benton/Bryant, Little Rock or Conway we can deliver for as low as $25.00. Our freezer truck, affectionately named Mini Marge would love to come straight to your address!

Freezer or Bulk beef is when you purchase a portion or whole beef from a rancher. We have given simple, yet honorable names to our packages to reflect our connection with our little piece of paradise. At the bottom of each package description you will see the harvest size fractions.

No such thing! We will get it to you. We often make trips within 250 miles from our home base and if we can't for some reason, we have a wonderful partner with Southwest Airlines who will get it to your nearest served Southwest Airlines airport within 48 hours - nationwide!
